Where is a suitable place to conduct a Container Loading Inspection?
A Container Loading Supervision is normally applicable to the FCL (full container load) shipments. It is suggested to be performed at the factory when the goods are loaded from the warehouse into the container.
What criteria are covered in a Container Loading Inspection?

Check the container is clean and dry. |

Check quantity loaded matches the PO and packing list. |

Check spare parts cartons are loaded last to be unloaded first |

Check the loading and stacking of product is safe, secure and meets the standards. |

Confirm container is shipping on time within our agreed schedule. |

Stop loading in bad weather |

Provide container loading photographs and record in Inspection Record sheet before shipping. |
